On Haitus

Lately I have been taking a break from Everquest 2. Truth is, I am starting to feel burnt out.

There also isn't anything much to do at lvl 60. Once you have reached the cap, all desire to complete quests and get more xps are gone. Even the item rewards at the end of the quests aren't that exciting to entice me into completing them.

A whole bunch of level 60s I know have been madly trying to complete the Peacock Quest series of quests, culminating in T6 fabled weapons very much like the Prismatic weapons of T5. Somehow I don't have the same need or urgency to own those fabled gear, partly because the peacock quests are usually damn hard to do and need a group. Being that I am in Singapore and hence on the other side of the world, there is hardly anyone willing to form a group (lack of numbers) for the same goal.

Anyone that is under lvl 60 is trying their hardest to get to level 60 so they can go raiding (trust me, raiding is nice and cool, but you also do get tired of it if you go on too many raids). Anyone else level 60 is way ahead of me on the peacock quest series.

Hence, I can only solo if I get online.

Anyway, I will be on haitus for awhile more, maybe till the next expansion comes out.
